01Overview
HawkeRun orchestrates autonomous AI and command-line workers that can take real actions on systems you control. With that power comes responsibility. You are accountable for everything your account, license, workers, and tasks do. This policy applies to your use of the website, dashboard, APIs, managed features, and the supervisor software.
02Prohibited activities
You must not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, or facilitate illegal activity;
- Access, scan, probe, or interfere with any system, network, account, or data that you are not authorized to access — including using workers to perform unauthorized penetration testing, credential stuffing, scraping in violation of a site's terms, or denial-of-service activity;
- Infringe or misappropriate intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others;
- Develop, generate, or distribute malware, ransomware, or other malicious or destructive code;
- Generate, store, or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or that sexually exploits or endangers minors;
- Engage in fraud, phishing, spoofing, or deceptive impersonation;
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, including through the managed relay;
- Circumvent license enforcement, usage limits, rate limits, or security or authentication controls;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our infrastructure, or to disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
- Use the Service to build a competing product by copying its features, or to resell access without authorization.
03Autonomous workers
Because workers can run unattended and act automatically, you must ensure that the tasks you queue and the permissions you grant are appropriate and authorized. Do not configure workers to take actions on third-party systems without permission, to exfiltrate data you have no right to, or to bypass the safeguards of any service or model provider. You remain responsible for the output and side effects of autonomous runs.
04Third-party providers
When your workers use third-party tools or model providers, you must comply with those providers' usage policies and terms. A violation of a provider's policy through the Service is also a violation of this policy.
05Resource and fair use
Do not abuse shared resources such as our APIs or the managed relay through excessive, automated, or abusive request patterns. We may apply rate limits and other technical controls to protect the Service.
06Reporting and enforcement
To report abuse or a security issue, contact support@codehawke.com. We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other action — with or without notice — where we believe this policy or the law has been violated, consistent with our Terms of Service.
CodeHawke cooperates with lawful requests from authorities where required.
